Ted Garratt started Target Resources in 1984. Prior to this, his career was in Human Resources Management and Manufacturing. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and the author of two books. He has worked in organisations in the Far and Middle East as well as Europe & Scandinavia.
His qualifications in coaching & mentoring include a Diploma in Professional Coaching & Mentoring from The Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring. In addition he has a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University. He is currently working on the dissertation for his MA in Coaching & Mentoring Practice. The subject he has chosen is 'The Zone In Sport', what is it? what are its key components, is it natural or can it be coached? If so, how?
In addition to Target Resources Ted also runs Sporting Excellence, a consultancy, which deals with the mental approach to sport. Recent clients have included England Rugby, Leicester Tigers, Leicester County Cricket Club as well as individuals from golf, cricket, athletics & rowing.
